Order Processing Time
Because each item is custom-made, please allow 4–5 business days for us to process your order. This includes time to prepare, customize, and quality-check your product before it ships.

 

 

Processing does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time.    After your order has been processed, please allow 7–15 business days for delivery. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the demand for customized items.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time using the tracking link provided.

Delays & Disclaimers

While we do our best to meet the timelines above, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, customs, or high-volume seasons).

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
